@Marcus Cyron: Hi! At first glance, the pictures seem to have valid permissions stored in "info-cs" OTRS queue. NoJin is a trusted user with a long-time experience in dealing with copyright holders. Unfortunately, several OTRS tags seem to be missing and one of the e-mails is only two days old so we haven't been able to deal with them yet.
For further reference, OTRS tickets relevant to NoJin's contributions are: ticket:2016022010011676, ticket:2015020910007954, ticket:2015012010008121, ticket:2013071610008471, ticket:2012103110006108, ticket:2012061610005959 and ticket:2012042710011327).
Please give me some time to re-check the permission for each of the files you've nominated for deletion. I'll add OTRS tags where applicable and move the tickets into "permissions-commons" to make them accessible for Commons admins/OTRS members. I'll also let NoJin know about the existence of {{OTRS pending}} tag which could have saved a lot of time in this case.
Marcus, do you think it's OK to remove those {{Delete}} tags while adding OTRS ticket links? Or shall I wait for the deletion request to be oficially closed? --Michal Bělka (talk) 12:09, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OTRS status

[edit]

=> Permission received as ticket:2016022010011676. However, the file is corrupt and can't be opened. I've asked the sender to send it again and marked the files as "OTRS received". Please assume good faith and wait until we get a readable version of the permission (there's a limit of 30 days). Permission has been confirmed and tagged. --Michal Bělka (talk) 19:51, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

=> Permission received as ticket:2016022010011676 without any problems, tagged.

=> Permission received as ticket:2016021710022572, tagged by my colleague.

=> These files had been tagged by an OTRS member long before you nominated them for deletion (ticket:2016010410020233).

=> Permission received as ticket:2015020910007954. Unfortunately, OTRS tag hasn't been added earlier.

I'm moving all these tickets into "permissions-commons" queue. The only exception will be ticket:2016022010011676 where we're awaiting a new version of that unreadable file to be sent back to info-cs. I'll move it into the permissions queue later. If you have any questions regarding these permission tickets (they are obviously written in Czech), please contact me privately since I can't reveal any personal information from OTRS tickets here. --Michal Bělka (talk) 14:22, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: All files have OTRS permission confirmed, and tickets in question have been reviewed as correct. Riley Huntley (talk) 20:06, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
