The result of the move request was: There is consensus to not move this article, but to move the second article and create a disambiguation page at the base title. (closed by non-admin page mover) BegbertBiggs (talk) 20:39, 31 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

– Might be too soon, but hard to accept the status quo. Have to imagine that almost all pageviews are intended for the living person. Searches for the 1920s actress turn up few sources and none of more than passing mention. Alternatively, could make a dab at Daisy Campbell because Daisy Eris Campbell often omits her middle name (though not on book covers; i.e., that page title is OK). Article is nearly all not about its subject

edit

It is nearly all about a soap opera / character, and serves as publicity.

There is next to nothing about the person who is the subject of the article.

They're are many Wikipedia articles like this. Without proper editorial oversight of content Wikipedia is used as a cheap medium of publicity and not as an actual encyclopaedia in the sphere of 'celebrities'. 86.160.95.7 (talk) 07:57, 29 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
