I have posted the article to main space: Zap Energy. I made a number of edits. Some suggestions for future articles:

1. if you use a reference more than once --which I highly recommend for workload alone-- you can use a variety of methods so you don't have to type it in more than once. Have a look at this article for an example of one way, using the "sfn" tagging method. You put little SFN tags in the body, and then list the reference details once at the bottom, which I put in a Bibliography section. There's a couple of ways to do this that are similar, I use SFN but everyone has their own favourite. All of them will save you a lot of work, and it makes editing easier because the tags are small so the source text is easier to read.

1. put the ref tag after the period if its at the end of a sentence, not before it. It just looks nicer. Try it, you'll see what I mean.
