The Home Secretary Sindh is a senior bureaucrat of the Sindh province in Pakistan and heads the Home Department. The current Home Secretary of Sindh is Muhammad Iqbal Memon, an officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service.

The Home Secretary is known to be one of the most powerful officer and official in the Government of Sindh. The Home Secretary heads the Home Department which job is to oversee the law & order in Sindh. The Home Secretary functions the Home Department and leads the law & order in the Sindh province. Under the Home Secretary comes the Home Department, Sindh Rangers, Sindh Police, Inspector General of Prisons and the Law Department. The Director General of Sindh Rangers, Inspector General of Sindh Police and all police officers report to the Home Secretary. In the law & order of Sindh, the Home Secretary has the most administrative and signing power. No law can be made in the Home Department for Sindh until the Home Secretary signs it. If the Home Secretary does not wish to sign it, it will not become a law. The Home Secretary has the most law power in Sindh after the Chiefs of Sindh (Chief Secretary Sindh and Chief Minister Sindh). The Home Secretary has the most control over the Sindh Police SSU (Special Security Unit). The Home Secretary has more power than the Chief Minister in the Home Department. The Home Secretary has control over the law enforcement of Sindh. The Home Secretary Sindh is ranked higher than the Major Generals of Pakistan.
