Reason for this change
There is no VPC endpoint for AWS DynamoDB Streams endpoint so I'm adding it.
$ aws ec2 describe-vpc-endpoint-services --filters "Name=service-name,Values=*dynamodb-streams" --region us-east-1 --query "ServiceNames[]"
