Follow upstream rename from blacklistd to blocklistd, and adapt the documentation accordingly.

It is worth noting that ftpd(8) is no longer in base. It is available in ports though.
It can be changed to fingerd(8), which also uses blocklistd, if requested (no flags needed).

Using something in base is a good idea. fingerd is kinda even more legacy than ftpd though, right? Does anything modern in base use blocklist?

Yes.

No, only sshd(8) and fingerd(8), the rest is all in the ports tree. 🤔 perhaps I should change man:ftpd[8] to package:ftp/freebsd-ftpd[]

Yes, sshd is already in the guide. The issue was that FTPd should be using the version from ports, as it is no longer in base (15.0-RELEASE onwards).
