Pemerahan otomatis adalah pemerahan terhadap hewan susu, khususnya sapi susu, tanpa tenaga kerja manusia. Sistem pemerahan otomatis, juga disebut sistem pemerahan sukarela, dikembangkan pada akhir abad ke-20. Mesin tersebut tersedia secara komersial sejak awal 1990an. Inti sistem semacam itu yang membolehkan proses pemerahan otomatis sepenuhnya adalah jenis robot pertanian. Sehingga, pemerahan otomatis juga disebut pemerahan robotik.[1] Sistem umum memakai komputer dan perangkat lunak khusus.
