Pungrotter eller opposummar (Didelphimorphia) er ein orden av pungdyr, som er ein del av dei placentale pattedyra. Det finst kring 124 arter i ordenen, alle frå Amerika.[1] Trass i nemninga «pungrotter» har dei fleste artane i ordenen ikkje pung.[1]
