Derek John Lawrence (16 November 1941 – 13 May 2020)[1][2] was an English record producer. He was famous for his work for Joe Meek's Outlaws,[3] Deep Purple,[4] Flash,[5] Machiavel and Wishbone Ash.

Lawrence died on 13 May 2020 in Peterborough, England at the age of 78.[2]
