I'm reaching out for a request more than help. Would anyone mind sharing their python environment with me, like a yml file or something of the like. I'm having a hard to get the spatialdta-io packages to play well with squidpy & scnapy especially in python 3.10. If anyone has things working and are will to place share.

Hi @TheLordRaj thanks for reaching out. I started a discussion with the other scverse developers to provide a resource (like an up-to-date lockfile) for this.
Which versions are you using, the latest main or the stable (latest released) versions?
Finally, please you can find some useful information here, where every night we run an integration testing of each package against anndata (but not all the packages together yet). By looking at the steps for the various GitHub actions you will be able to find the versions used by scanpy, squidpy and spatialdata.
