Formatter URL not working

After looking to some samples, I think the attribute Formatter URL doesn't work. E.g., https://bildung.rlp.de/schulen?tx_wfqbe_pi1%5Buid%5D=50224 leads to page https://bildung.rlp.de/schulen, but the school with ID 50224 is not shown. At the moment, another link works to find this school directly: https://bildung.rlp.de/schulen/einzelanzeige?tx_udgschooldatabase_schoolsdetails%5Baction%5D=detail&tx_udgschooldatabase_schoolsdetails%5Bcontroller%5D=Query&tx_udgschooldatabase_schoolsdetails%5Buid%5D=50224&cHash=835aa186f81b7d163e4d292d9c76dc65, but this is not acceptable as a perma link, because of the hash value.
